Data processing and book keeping in Chinese or English language We can provide tailor-made accounting services to our clients, and produce the accounting ledger either in English or Chinese. According to the Inland Revenue Ordinance, every person carrying on a trade, profession or business in Hong Kong shall keep sufficient records of his income and expenditure in either Chinese or English language to enable assessment of profits tax for such trade, profession or business. Such records shall be retained for a period of not less than 7 years after the completion of the transactions, acts or operations to which they relate. Even through a business is closed, the responsible officer is liable to keep the records up to seven years. It is an offence if failing to comply with this provision without reasonable excuse. Back
